Details
All packages include a china plate, fork, knife, and linen napkin for everyone. Warming equipment and serving utensils are also included.
Substituting nice rigid plastic plates and nice plastic for china and silverware would reduce the per-person price by $4.
Tax is 7% and gratuity for staffing is 20%.
Above pricing is based on average entrée pricing. Pricing can be adjusted for higher end entrees.
